Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)

The IICRC is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, a non-profit organization for the cleaning and restoration industry. The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is comprised of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the Registrants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)

Born in the wake of elevated concern about environmental pollution, EPA was established on December 2, 1970 to consolidate in one agency a variety of federal research, monitoring, standard-setting and enforcement activities to ensure environmental protection. Since its inception, EPA has been working for a cleaner, healthier environment for the American people.

Home Builders Association of Cumberland County (HBACC)

The Home Builders Association of Cumberland County (HBACC) is a local professional trade organization. We are associated with the Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This structure enables the association to address regulatory issues and ensure representation of the housing industry at all levels of government. Portions of our dues go to support HBAT and NAHB. NAHB works to provide builders and suppliers with keys to the latest developments in materials, construction methods, business management, property management, technology, sales and marketing, so they can conduct their businesses effectively and so the home buyers of this area can count on professionals to build and supply their homes.

Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT)

The Home Builders Association of Tennessee (HBAT) is a not-for-profit, 2,500 member trade Association comprised of professional builders, developers and associated firms engaged directly or indirectly in home building, remodeling, and light commercial construction. Established in 1960, the HBAT has 14 local associations across the state. The HBAT, along with our locals, are also members of the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. We are not a regulatory agency. HBAT’s role is to support our affiliate associations throughout the state of Tennessee, be the voice for the housing industry at the state level and act as a liaison between the local and national organizations.

Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville (HBAGK)

The Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville, established in 1951, is a non-profit, trade association for the home building industry. The primary function of the Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville is to serve as the home building industry watchdog. In addition to monitoring issues that could negatively impact housing affordability, the association provides services to its members that include educational programs, marketing events and community service projects.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

The National Association of Home Builders of the United States strives to protect the American Dream of housing opportunities for all, while working to achieve professional success for its members who build communities, create jobs and strengthen our economy.
